The director Anurag Kahsyap’s new film ‘Haddi’ has been released on Zee5 in which Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Anurag Kashyap are in the main lead role. The movie is currently streaming on the platform and viewers are giving it positive feedback. It was released on 7 September on the OTT Platform as it is an OTT film and it has a decent rating of 5.8 stars out of 10 on IMDb.
Haddi is a crime drama film that has got good initial ratings and the actor performed their role well. The popular Bollywood actor Mr Siddiqui is seen in the role of female in the film. It was the most awaited show because Anurag had taken a long break from the cinema world but his fans were waiting for a long time for his comeback, and he wanted to play his role too and he played.
What is Haddi Movie Review?
The film got average ratings from the viewers because the scriptwriting was very low and it was very hard to stay till the end of the movie. The first interval felt boring for some people as there was not too much clue of what was happening and the purpose for that. But, later, the dots start connecting and then you get some clarity.
So, the makers should have worked on its script writing of Haddi. Apart from this, the actors did a great job, especially, Nawazuddin Siddiqui again did very well acting and was the main highlight of the entire film. Apart from him, Anuraga Kashyap did his role very gently and the supporting cast was also great. The plot was a bit messy and it ruined all the things for this film.
Positive Points
The only positive point we can add about Haddi movie is the performance of the actors that we see in the film. The story is not up to the mark, but still, the cast has tried their best to give an outstanding performance. This is the only thing, that can hook the viewers till the last, many viewers would already close the movie.
Negative Points
The biggest cons of the film are the script and its story, you will feel it is very slow and it is very hard to understand what is going on here. After more than half movie is completed, we can connect all the dots, but the makers have done very poor work on this side and this is the reason why it got so low ratings and reviews from viewers and critics.
Is Haddi Movie Worth Watching?
If you have free time and want to see the acting of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, then you are free to enjoy this. If not, then you should not expect much from its plot and other angles. You will see many fights and serious injuries in this film, so it is not advisable for children to watch this film.
